Pixabay is one of my go-to sites for public domain images. If you need a picture to use in your slideshow, document, or other multimedia project, Pixabay is a great site to search. Recently, Pixabay started promoting a new Word and PowerPoint plug-in.

How to Find Free Photos Within Google Slides

Google Slides now has Add-ons just like Docs, Sheets, and Forms. The selection of Google Slides Add-ons is fairly limited at this point, but there are some good ones for teachers and students within that small collection. One of those is the Unsplash Photos Add-on. This Add-on gives you instant access to Unsplash's collection of free, royalty-free photographs. Pixabay Updates Make It Easier to Find Quality Public Domain Images

For the last couple of years Pixabay has been my go-to resource for public domain images. Pixabay was recently updated to make it easier than ever to find quality public domain images. Now when you visit the search page on Pixabay you can filter your search according to image type (photo, drawing, vector), image orientation (landscape or portrait), and image category (subject matter).

Find Vintage Public Domain Posters and Advertisments on Viintage

Viintage is a neat site that developed by a husband and wife graphic design and photography team. Viintage features collections of vintage posters, postcards, and various printed advertisements that have been released into the public domain.
